PRODUCTION PROCESS

We produce denim jeans, jacket, shirt, short for men, women and kids,Our products proceed under the standard of international rules.

Pattern Making

Pattern maker create the pattern according to the design drawings from the designers.

Cutting

Cutting bulk according to the paper patterns.

Embroidery, Print-or-Embossing

Making the treatment according to the confirmed pre-production sample on the cutting fabric pieces.

Production Sewing

Bulk sewing will follow the pre-production sample, using autamitically sewing machine to end sure the stable sewing quality and appearance of the jeans.

Washing

Wash the denim according to the washing sample and check each process in the bulk to make sure they will match the look and catch your standard.

Quality Control & Packing

Follow the inspection rules strictly,checking measurement, accessories,items moisture rate etc. to ensure they packed correctly.
